The COMputational Biology in Imaging and geNEtics (COMBINE) lab is part of University College London’s Centre for Medical Image Computing (CMIC).

The aim of the lab is to understand how genetic factors modify disease processes that can be quantified using medical imaging and to use this knowledge to improve healthcare decisions. To achieve this aim we are developing novel imaging genetics methods that allow us to integrate various kinds of genetic and biological data with imaging data. The methods portfolio of the group includes statistical genetics, machine learning and analysis of neuroimaging data.
